Before we get into this blog I have to warn the readers of something – Selam and Larry are the most fashionable people I’ve ever met! Not joking. They are simply and hands down just a fantastically cute couple who always dress to impress. Nothing else to say. Every meeting that we had regarding their wedding photography at the Neighborhood Club in Quincy I had to do a mental double check to remind myself that I didn’t miss an email. “They are here for a meeting. Not a shoot.”
Not only do they ALWAYS look great, they are probably two of the nicest people you could ever meet. To say that I had a great time shooting their wedding would be a bit of an understatement. By the end it didn’t even feel like I was there to shoot. I learned after the shoot that I wasn’t the only one to feel that way given the following email I received from Selam after the wedding:
We all shared quite a few laughs while Selam received her makeup
I warned you that she was stunning
I believe Larry’s words were something along the line of “she looks like she is getting ready to go on stage to perform” when I showed them this image. Such a classic look.
Larry certainly knew how to cleanup himself.
