Dan and Lindsey were married at the beautiful St Francis Church in Dracut, MA and had their reception at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Nashua NH. This particular day was rainy and dreary but you wouldn’t know it by Dan and Lindsey’s attitudes. They didn’t let the rain stop them at all and were more than up for anything. We even managed to take a bunch of pictures outside in the rain!
This picture really says it all:
Per usual I started out with the guys while Molly worked her magic with the ladies. I started by capturing this image of Dan getting ready in his room at the Crowne Plaza Hotel
Dan is all smiles and very calm
Looking so smooth with the shades
We then headed down to the lobby of the Crowne Plaza for some quick shots before the limo arrived
Dan and his groomsmen ready to pop bottles!
Dan’s brother gets his boutonniere
Dan ready to get underway
Dan and his brother with their father
Another family member receives his boutonniere
The flower girl makes her way reluctantly back to her seat at the beginning of the ceremony
You could say that Lindsey was a little happy :-p
Dan and Lindsey memorized their vows without any assistance. Amazing how calm and collected they were
Love this moment at the end of the ceremony
That is one happy groomsmen!
but one tired flower girl
Posing for a quick few pictures outside of St. Francis Church after the ceremony
I’m trying to be creative 😉
Girls start dreaming early!
Sneaking in a kiss on the walk to the limo…
where the driver greeted them with a champagne toast!
Another kiss after toasting champagne!
Dan’s brother has some words of encouragement
I snuck in this quick portrait of Lindsey in the limo before we head off for formals
It was only raining lightly and Dan and Lindsey were more than happy to get in their portraits
Staying dry under the umbrella
an intimate moment
Couldn’t help but laugh when I turned around and saw the rest of the bridal party waiting for their turn
I think it was worth the wait
One last picture of the happy couple before we head off to the Crowne Plaza Hotel for the reception
A few guests “get caught” by the camera 🙂
Members of the wedding party are never safe!
I caught Dan’s brother practicing his speech outside before things got underway
Dan and Lindsey’s share their first dance together as a married couple
The best man’s speech was entirely a rhyme…
and boy was it a hit!
Toasts from the maid of honor
and a kiss to seal the toasts!!
Time for some cake cutting
and a kiss to clean up that extra frosting!
A smile after the cake cutting
I want to thank Dan and Lindsey for having me and most especially thanks to Molly for inviting me along to second shoot this wedding. You can check out her blog with the best of both our pictures and her amazing edits. She also has some funny outtakes at the end where you can see me holding an umbrella over Molly’s head with one hand and shooting with the other.
